A cultural restoration project. Beginning in Shikoku. Extending to the pilgrimage cultures across Japan.

This is not simply a Buddhist circuit. Nature reverence, Shintō, Shugendō, fused with Kūkai's spiritual world — a uniquely Japanese fabric. We redefine it as the source of Japan's beauty and spirit, and translate it into a contemporary experience.

The culture is in structural decline. In Shikoku, working shukubo have fallen from about 60 to roughly 7. Across the country, only a handful remain — eroded by depopulation, the loss of service infrastructure, and aging leadership.

We redesign the experiential value of pilgrimage and create new demand — building a sustainable cultural and regional model.

Two lines of business

Lodging & Travel.

Lodging. Under the TEMPLE STAY brand, we handle marketing, distribution, day-to-day operations, and food service for shukubo that would struggle alone. Individual temples become a network — with the quality and reach that international travel advisors can confidently recommend.

Travel. Around the Shikoku pilgrimage, we design journeys — from private tours for individuals and couples to group programs for families, corporates, and pilgrimage delegations. We weave in Shikoku's wider assets: the art of Naoshima, the waters of Dogo Onsen, the depths of Iya Valley, the clarity of the Niyodo River — pilgrimage and place, held together in one itinerary.

We are a registered Type 3 travel agency (Tokushima Prefectural Governor Registered Travel Agency No. 3-182), licensed to design and sell packaged travel in-house.
